Mike and his sister did a fantastic job soft cleaning my roof! My primary concerns were a clean roof and no damage. I've had other services and many times they will cause damages in the form of slipped or cracked tiles. Mike was aware of my concerns and in addition to being very thorough, was obviously a seasoned pro at walking a tile roof. They also covered and watered the landscaping. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be using him from now on! Highly recommend!
I was hesitant to even hire anyone to pressure wash my roof and sidewalk since it had been so long since they were pressure washed and wasn't sure if it would even look good. Found Cool Breeze online and Mike gave me a quote right away (was competitive with other quotes I received). He showed up the day and time we scheduled and did an outstanding job. The 25 year old roof now looks brand new and the sidewalks and driveway look great! Couldn't be happier. We were having a big party a few days later and I was very proud of how the outside of our house looked. Very happy with how it turned out.

I have been using Cool Breeze for well over a decade. Mike always does a wonderful job. My deck always looks great afterwards. The lower pressure chemical wash is much superior to a straight pressure wash. My pavers look great when he finishes his wash. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Cool Breeze.
