Our 9 Step Roof Cleaning Process

Step #1: Explain how the service is performed to the client. Inform the client to irrigate all landscape thoroughly the day before service.
Step #2: Cool Breeze arrives to inspect the area to be cleaned.
Step #3: The Cool Breeze ground employee will bag all gutter downspouts and/or cover plants on drip lines.
Step #4: The Cool Breeze ground employee will start the watering of plants around any areas being serviced.
Step #5: The Cool Breeze cleaning service employee will clear off the roof, gutters, or area being serviced.
Step #6: The Cool Breeze service man will now apply low pressure cleaning solution treatment to the area being serviced.
Step #7: The Cool Breeze service man lets the cleaning solution perform its job.
Step #8: The Cool Breeze service takes a low pressure rinse to ensure all dead mold and cleaning solution is completely removed at a safe low pressure.
Step #9: The entire area is inspected to ensure all areas being serviced are completed correctly.

Q: Will you pressure clean or chemical clean ?
A: Both, any type of cleaning starts with a safe cleaning solution cleaning followed by a low pressure rinse.
Q: Are your cleaning solutions safe for my plants and pets ?
A: Yes - with the proper preparation all cleaning solutions are plant and pet safe.
Q: Will you break my roof tiles ?
A: Almost never, however, if tiles are cracked or broken from service Cool Breeze will repair those tiles at roof cleaning completion.
Q: Will there be a mess on the ground after my roof is cleaned ?
A: Absolutely not - all surrounding serviced areas will be rinsed clean.
Q: Can my roof be cleaned without walking on it ?
A: That depends on what type of roof it is. Shingle yes, Tile no. To ensure a complete quality job, roofs and gutters should be cleared first.
Q: Does cleaning my roof benefit me or my home ?
